The Evansville Thunderbolts Professional Hockey Team of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) and Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Jeff Bes have announced the signings of forward Brennan Feasey and defenseman Liam O’Sullivan.
Forward Brennan Feasey, native of Glencoe, Ontario, is in his first full professional season, previously in the ECHL and BeNeLiga (Belgium/Netherlands). Feasey played major junior hockey with the Brampton Battalion and Windsor Spitfires of the OHL, and junior A hockey with the Chatham Jr. Maroons and St. Catherines Falcons of the GOJHL between 2010-2015. Feasey also played 5 seasons of college hockey with the University of Windsor between 2015-2020 before making his professional debut with the Worcester Railers late in the 2019-20 season. Feasey played 19 ECHL games in 2019-20 and 2021-22 with Worcester and the Adirondack Thunder, scoring 2 goals and 4 points. Earlier this season with HYC Herentals of BeNeLiga, Feasey scored 22 goals and 48 points in only 18 games.
Defenseman Liam O’Sullivan, born in North Hampton, New Hampshire, is also in his first professional season, but has played professional games in three seasons. Between 2016-20, O’Sullivan played 4 seasons of college hockey with Saint Anselm College before joining the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs late in 2019-20, scoring an assist in two games with Roanoke. O’Sullivan then played one game for Annecy of the France-3 league in 2020-21, and earlier this season played 17 games for Weserstars Bremen of the Germany-4 league, scoring two goals and 13 points.
