On Tuesday, the Thunderbolts and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Jeff Bes announced a trio of transactions, led by the signing of defenseman Benjamin Lindberg.

Lindberg turns pro following just over two seasons of college hockey at Morrisville State College, playing 53 games, scoring 4 goals and 12 points between 2021-2023.  Prior to college, the East Aurora, New York native played junior hockey with the Buffalo Regals of the GOJHL in 2016-17, the South Shore Kings of the USPHL in 2018-19, the Stouffville Spirit of the OJHL in 2019-20, and two stints with the Texas Jr. Brahmas of the NA3HL in 2018-19 and 2019-20, winning the NA3HL championship with the Brahmas in 2019.

In additional transaction news, defenseman Michael Greco has been traded to the Pensacola Ice Flyers in exchange for future considerations, and forward Tommy Stang has been placed on 30-Day Injured Reserve.
