On Tuesday, the Thunderbolts and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Jeff Bes announced a pair of transactions, led by the waiver claim of forward Bruno Kreisz.

Kreisz, originally from Budapest, Hungary, is currently in his first North American professional season, starting 2023-24 with the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs.  With Roanoke, Bruno scored 1 goal and 3 points in 15 games before being placed on waivers.  Prior to coming overseas, Bruno played 5 seasons of professional hockey in his native Hungary, playing 83 games for MAC Ujbuda of the Slovakian league between 2018-20, and in the Erste Liga between 2018-2023 with Schiller-Vasas HC, HK Budapest, MAC HKB Ujbuda, and Ferencvarosi TC, scoring 30 goals and 69 points in 118 games.

In additional transaction news, defenseman Michael Greco has been placed on 14-Day Injured Reserve.
